At our conference, which welcomes attendees of all ages, not all participants may wish to appear in photos.
We kindly ask that you use cameras and cellphones with this mindset.
Passes & Registration
When you arrive at Registration, you’ll scan your e-pass and receive an official conference wristband, which is required for entry and grants access to both days of the event. Attendees who Pre-Register will already have their wristbands, allowing them to head straight into the conference on Day 1 without waiting in line.
Exact Pre-Registration and Registration times will be announced closer to the conference—please check back here or watch your email for updates.
Your official pass will be issued as an e-pass, emailed to you approximately two weeks before the conference. Please present it on your phone (or bring a printed copy, if preferred) at Registration.
After scanning your e-pass, you will receive an official conference wristband, which is required for entry and provides access to all conference activities on both days.
You can buy a pass with USD at checkout using a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Union Pay), or pay with Bitcoin (BTC) via IBEX checkout to send funds from your Bitcoin On-chain or Lightning Network address.
The Whale Pass is an all-inclusive VIP experience at Bitcoin Mena.

General Admission passes are currently available at $21 USD to help make attending Bitcoin MENA for all. Grab yours before it’s too late!
Unfortunately, Bitcoin MENA does not have a Volunteer Program.

Please note access to join the event via the Bitcoin Conference App will be emailed to you closer to the event date.
Doors typically open at 8 a.m. each day, and wearing your wristband is essential throughout the conference.
Pick up your wristband at Registration, or better yet, during our Pre-Registration hours to seamlessly jump into the excitement.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on December 8th and 9th, 2025.
Details for pre-registration days and times will be provided as the event approaches.
Whale Pass holders enjoy the exclusive benefit of reserved seating at the conference, ensuring access to prime spots.
Otherwise, seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The Bitcoin Conference’s core focus is exclusively centered around the first and original cryptocurrency, Bitcoin. No other coins or blockchains will be featured at Bitcoin Mena.
